The fourth is the beginning or one of them of the Hillybillies. We get to know a bit how they were capture and put on a sanatorium and they riot. This was in the 60's. Fast forward to 2000's and a group of teenagers go to a remote area to skii and are stranded on that sanatorium.
Again poor characters and poor acting and all die by the end. That's it. More sex scenes than the previous instalments and even some girl on girl sex.
To be honest these kids wanted to died since their actions translated that... Why go alone when there are enemies afoot. The hillbillies kill several of their friend but are capture. When all of them wanted to kill them a singular woman say - no no. That's wrong. THEY ARE FUCKING CANNIBALS! They are less than human. They have no mercy. Enfin, of course they all died.
Because of the weak plot, weak characters and weak acting I would say this is crap and the last one.
