October Horror Fest 2/31 - Hubbie Halloween (2020)

I really enjoy this more than I think I should. In this story we follow Hubbie a somewhat retarded (at least awkward -

maybe autistic - man in the middle 30's. He is easily spooked and thinks himself as the police of Halloween. He tries to warn people of the troubles that Halloween brings. Due to his demeanour of course he a punch bag for everyone in town, including kids.

This is a comedy with some hints of  horror (like kids horror) like in the RL Stine (but not spooky).

Here we have this awkward man, armed with a swiss-alike thermos where it could be a soup, umbrella, gun etc as he investigates some disappearances throughout the town. He is help by Violet (Julie Bowen) who is a hot momma and for some reason loves Hubie.

It's very interesting - although Sandler voice is quite bad. Why the voice? I don't understand.

It's a light-hearted story full of comedy and fantasy. It's avaiable on netflix.
