#Alive it's another take on the zombie genre the Koreans are really fond in the couple of years. Basically chaos erupts and a young boy it's trapped in his house. Most of the movie it's set on his house (and half the movie forward) in another survivor house and by the end deals with their escape.
This is very focused on the characters and how they deal with the horror of being trapped. No food and the drama of being alive and without knowing what happen to their family. I will not dwelt more on it because there isn't much to talk about but I enjoy it.
Train of Busan deals with action scenes and this one it's more character oriented.
No doubt Korea is enjoying making Zombies movies and this one leaves open a sequel mayhaps. Oh if you are wondering the symbol before Alive it's because, as we are set on a new reality where internet is ever present in this movie it focus a lot on technology including social networks...
Go watch it. 90minutes.
